By submitting an application for the Family Fun Day Giveaway, applicants acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

● Applicants must be 18 years or older.

● Giveaway is intended for families and covers up to four (4) individuals.
● No purchase or donation is required to enter or win.

Giveaway Details

● The giveaway consists solely of admission tickets to a Texas Urban Air Adventure Park location selected by A Family In Need, and $150.00 gift card.
● Transportation and additional experiences are not included.
● Tickets have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged.

Selection & Notification

● Three families will be selected at the discretion of A Family In Need.
● Selected applicants will be notified via the email or phone provided on the application.
● If the selected family does not respond within 7-10 days, another family will be chosen.

Liability Release

● A Family In Need is not responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that may occur during travel to or from the venue or while participating in activities at Urban Air Adventure Park.
● Once tickets are delivered, all responsibility for use (including loss of tickets), participation, and safety lies solely with the recipient family.
● Participation is at the family’s own risk.
● All minors must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

No Affiliation Disclaimer

● This giveaway is hosted by A Family In Need and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Urban Air Adventure Park.

Media & Content Release

● By opting in on the application, applicants grant A Family In Need permission to use submitted photos, videos, names (first name and last initial), and shared stories for website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes without additional
compensation.
● Participation in content sharing is voluntary but strongly encouraged as part of the spirit of the giveaway.

General Conditions

● A Family In Need reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
● Any attempt to misuse or manipulate the application process may result in disqualification.
