After-school programs provide children with a valuable extension of their day, offering a safe place to learn, connect, and explore new interests. Through this initiative, A Family In Need works with families to help make these opportunities more accessible. We understand that consistent after-school care can make a meaningful difference, not just for children, but for the entire household. This program is designed to support families by helping cover essential needs and reducing barriers to participation, so children can stay engaged, supported, and excited about their daily routines. As part of the process, families have the opportunity to share more about their child, including their interests, personality, and what makes them unique.

As part of our After the Bell initiative, A Family In Need is proud to pledge $2,000 toward youth programming and after-school opportunities supporting children in the Fort Worth community.
